Vitamin Injections

B12 Shots

Why do I need B12?

Many people that are deficient are simply this way because their bodies are unable to absorb Vitamin B12 efficiently. Vitamin B12 is naturally acquired from animal-based produce such as meat, dairy, eggs and fish, therefore deficiencies are quite common among vegetarians and vegans. As with all vitamins, Vitamin B12 is a vital component to any healthy and active lifestyle.

How long does it take to work?

Although supplementary tablets can be taken to account for a lack of Vitamin B12 in the diet, injections are a more effective method because the Vitamin B12 is delivered straight into your system without being digested first, allowing for maximum results. This enables you to feel happier, vibrant and more energised.
