Having been in the beauty business for over 35 years my love of health, beauty and wellness has led me to my combined business Health Foods & Therapies For You. The Health Food shop was established in 2012 and due to expansion, moved to new premises in March  2020 to accommodate treatment rooms offering beauty and complementary therapies.

Health Foods & Therapies For You offers a fusion of nutrition advice together with a curated range of supplements, herbal remedies and tinctures, which are available to purchase along with ongoing support and education on how to reach your optimal health, naturally.

Previously a beauty therapy lecturer and former owner of Just Jane  a popular local beauty salon, I decided to specialise in skin care and incorporate it within my existing premises, here at Nature's Temple in Sudbury Suffolk.

 Flawless Skin with Jane was started in June 2023, allowing me to help men, women and children with benign skin lesions using Cryotherapy. I am fully insured and all courses undertaken have been CPD certified. With years of experience I consider myself to be approachable, caring and discrete so please don't hesitate if you have any questions or enquiries.​

Flawless Skin with Jane also offer injectables, the most efficient way of absorbing vitamins.
